Terms and Conditions

1.1 These General Terms & Conditions govern the provision of private hire transportation services by Nuvé Transfers Ltd ("the Operator").

1.2 These Terms form a legally binding agreement between the Operator and the Customer.

2.1 "Customer" means the person making or receiving a booking.

2.2 "Private Hire Booking" means a booking accepted by Nuvé Transfers in accordance with the Private Hire Vehicles (London) Act 1998.

2.3 "Transportation Service" means the conveyance of passengers in a licensed private hire vehicle by a licensed driver.

3.1 Nuvé Transfers Ltd is a licensed Private Hire Operator.

3.2 The Operator accepts bookings as principal pursuant to Regulation 9(14) of the Private Hire Vehicles (London) (Operators' Licences) Regulations 2000.

3.3 The contract for transportation services is between the Customer and Nuvé Transfers Ltd.

4.1 All bookings must be made via approved booking channels.

4.2 A booking is confirmed only when accepted by the Operator.

4.3 The Operator reserves the right to refuse a booking in accordance with applicable law.

5.1 Fares are quoted based on the journey details provided at the time of booking.

5.2 Additional charges may apply for waiting time, parking, tolls, congestion charges, or variations requested by the Customer.

5.3 Payment terms are confirmed at the time of booking.

6.1 Customers must provide accurate information.

6.2 Customers must behave respectfully and lawfully.

6.3 Customers are liable for damage, excessive cleaning, or costs caused by their actions.

7.1 The Operator shall arrange licensed drivers and vehicles.

7.2 The Operator maintains required insurance policies.

7.3 Services are provided in accordance with UK private hire legislation.

8.1 Waiting time allowances vary by booking type.

8.2 Additional waiting time may be charged at the applicable rate.

9.1 Cancellation policies are communicated at the time of booking.

9.2 Late cancellations or no-shows may incur full charges.

10.1 The Operator maintains insurance as required by law.

10.2 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

10.3 Liability is otherwise limited to the value of the applicable fare.

11.1 The Operator is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, or events beyond reasonable control.

12.1 Nuvé Transfers complies with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

12.2 Personal data is processed solely for booking and service purposes.

13.1 All branding, logos, materials, and dispatch systems remain the property of Nuvé Transfers Ltd.

14.1 The Operator may refuse or terminate service for safety, legal compliance, or misconduct.

15.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
